I am a big cereal eater. It usually makes up at least one of my meals for the day, not always breakfast either. Being gluten-free I am not able to eat all of the cereals I use to really like.
I recently came across Nature's Path Cereals. Their corn flakes are delicious and only have three ingredients! Corn, pure fruit juice, and salt. They are really good and so much more substantial than regular corn flakes.
Today I wanted something sweet so during my trip to Whole Foods I picked up EnviroKidz "leaping lemurs" butter and chocolate puffs. (EnviroKidz is the kids cereal department of Nature's Path) They are so yummy! I've been snacking on them dry all day. They are organic, gluten-free, have only a few ingredients and are made in the US! They also promote conservation of wild animals and made their boxes smaller to help use fewer resources. They didn't decrease the amount of cereal though!
Overall I highly recommend you try these cereals!
