Gluten-Free Margherita Skillet Pizza

Yeasties.

Basil from my garden.

Bob's Red Mill Pizza Crust.

Local tomatoes and mozzarella.

The best invention ever: a lettuce spinner!

Heat up your pan with some olive oil.

Cook your dough on one side.

Flip your pizza crust carefully and put your sauce and toppings on.

Let it cook until brownish.


In an oven safe pan cook for 12-14 minutes or until brown and crispy.
