Jule's Gluten-Free Cinnamon Rolls

Up there with pizza, doughnuts and Bertucci's rolls, one of the things I miss most are cinnamon rolls. With all of those foods, as good as you are gonna make something, they'll never be how you remember them. 

Well I was really craving cinnamon rolls and decided to give the Jule's Gluten-Free recipe a try. I am a huge, huge fan of Jule's Gluten-Free Flour and this is another recipe that proves how great of a product it is! I am not being compensated by them in any way either, unfortunately so because it is a pricey product. But I've said it before and I'll say it again, you get what you pay for. 

This recipe is a little time consuming and does call for a lot of products that you may not have but it was worth it once they were done. Original recipe can be found here: Jule's Gluten-Free Cinnamon Sticky Rolls

Use wax paper to roll out the dough, eliminating the possibility of contamination due to a dirty counter.


Use plenty of flour between wax paper and dough so you don't have to "patch" your logs of dough.


If you've a sweet tooth, serve with a side of cream cheese frosting.
