Do you have a bucket list? I don't have a traditional list, but I do have a cooking bucket list. On this list is baking bread. Originally I intended to make gluten-full bread but being gluten-free has slightly reduced this desire. This has been nagging at my for a while, so I decided to give it a shot. Jules gluten-free flour once again made this attempt possible.
The recipe itself wasn't too difficult and the ingredients were simple. There were a few weird things to do to the bread before and while it was baking
One of the very few times I've been able to use my dough hook!
Sprinkle corn meal on the pan to keep it from sticking. I put it on my silpat to be double-y sure.
While it was cooking. It turned out wacky because I over scored it. It was a little hard because I over baked it, but that was easily solved by slathering it in butter!
