Whole Food's Gluten-Free Pumpkin Bean Soup

This Fall us Bostonians have been spoiled by gorgeous temperate weather. It seems this week that Mother Nature has remembered its mid-November in Boston, and that usually means cold. We've had quite the cold snap this week, even getting snow on Tuesday! In honor of Fall and the cold I'm going to be making some of my Pumpkin Bean Soup that I love from a recipe from Whole Foods.
