Popovers *Gluten-Free*

Popovers: A Photo Essay


6 tbsp butter
6 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients, except butter, together well. Put 1/2 tablespoon of butter into each muffin tin and put into the oven until it melts. Pour melted butter into batter and mix well. This greases the pan and adds a great buttery flavor. Fill tins about 2/3 of the way. Bake for 20 minutes. Take out of tin immediately to cool. Serve with butter, jam, and confectionary sugar!
