Eating Gluten-Free in Boston

One restaurant in Boston that has a great gluten-free menu is The Four's. The thing I like most about it, besides the actual food, is the fact that the gluten-free menu is directly incorporated with the regular menu.

The gluten-free options have a little symbol and blurb explaining the dish. This reduces the awkwardness and left-out-feeling that often results from getting a smaller, less official menu that also visibly differentiates you from your dining mates.

The Four's has a ton of gluten-free dishes with bread and pasta! Some menus simply skip the components that aren't naturally gluten-free. I understand why they do this, but it also makes the gluten-free water feel left out and frustrated.

My favorites are the chicken broccoli and ziti in oil and garlic sauce, and any of their sandwiches!
